License Grant
Subject to these Terms, FactorPrism, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
Restrictions
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (b) attempt to discover the underlying algorithms or methods; (c) redistribute or sublicense the Service; or (d) use the Service to compete with FactorPrism.

FactorPrism, Inc. shall not be liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the analysis results provided by the Service. You assume full responsibility for any consequences resulting from your use of or reliance on the Service.
In no event shall FactorPrism, Inc.'s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service, including its algorithms, methods, user interface, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. FactorPrism, Inc. retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service. "FactorPrism" is a registered trademark of FactorPrism, Inc.
